Case Management Specialist
Role Overview:This is a full-time, long-term position dedicated to serving one client. The role is designed to facilitate the smooth progression of client matters by managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage legal workflows and track case statuses to ensure timely task completion.
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments and address workflow issues.
- Prepare and maintain reports to highlight case progress, workflow patterns, and areas needing improvement.
- Conduct routine checks in the case management system to ensure deadlines, time entries, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Cordinate and facilitate case status meetings with the legal team, ensuring active cases are discussed, next steps identified, and tasks assigned appropriately.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in a legal environment (e.g., case coordination, paralegal work, or legal operations).
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information.
While not required, it would be beneficial for the candidate to have:
- Experience with case management software and legal workflow tools; familiarity with Clio is a plus.
