Assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in creating exceptional culinary experiences at sea.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality dishes adhering to company recipes and daily production schedules.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of international cuisine, recipes, and culinary processes.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, upholding company standards and values.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as Commis Chef.
  • Culinary education preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
  • Basic knowledge of Public Health, Food Safety, and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Good English language skills.
