  • Sustain core workforce management tasks including reporting, trend analysis, presentation preparation and training for WFM tools and capabilities. Perform capacity planning to optimize employee schedules and seat allocation.
  • Forecast volume and utilize forecasted data to create optimized employee schedules and seat allocation. Manage FTE and volume to meet business needs, managing peaks through overtime and flexible workforce arrangements.
  • Assign employees to schedules based on their preferences and business rules, ensuring operational benchmarks are met. Analyze workflow and staffing assignments to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Monitor departmental performance through reports and raw data. Collaborate with leads to coordinate daily activities across functional units.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of SLAs at the daily, weekly and monthly levels. Identify, document and report systems performance issues impacting the department.
  • Develop partnerships with internal groups and business units to improve issue resolution speed and recommend improvements.
  • Assess and mitigate financial and non-financial risks while executing complex business processes. Protect the organization from undue risks through effective risk management practices.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of financial industry regulatory requirements.
  • Define escalation procedures for new business lines and enhance existing procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences in an open, transparent and convincing manner. Align colleagues with the overall Group strategy and convey macro and micro trends affecting the organization's position.
  • Thrive in complex environments despite uncertainty. Collaborate constructively and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations for capacity improvements based on trends and contribute to annual efficiency targets.
