What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of solutions and exceed client expectations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the Sales industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to identify and deliver tailored solutions
  • Driven, self-motivated, and with a commitment to exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the overall sales efforts
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is preferred
