
Business Growth Specialist

This role involves driving business growth by identifying potential clients, engaging them, and qualifying leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the contracting vehicles, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying potential clients through targeted events and activities
- Leveraging interest in our solutions with follow-up engagement to generate a deeper understanding for the customer
- Sharing qualifying leads with sales closers and creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline
- Promoting our products and services during targeted events and routine customer interactions
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including transmitting information about key personalities in client organizations to our repository for awareness and understanding
- Participating in meetings with sales and marketing teams to review sales goals and present ideas for new business ventures
- Setting up demonstration meetings between potential customers and Partner Engagement Managers / Operations Managers
- Reporting on established performance metrics and KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats
- Assisting in the preparation of regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and recommendations for future growth strategies

- The ability to actively contribute to internal partnership processes and playbooks by collaborating with leaders across the company to ensure the delivery of the best services to partners
- Critical thinking skills to offer new ideas to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- A well-connected network in the DoD community and access to valuable resources to support our initiatives and objectives
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities
- Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
