Real Estate Development and Client Growth Specialist

This role involves taking the lead in establishing business relationships with potential clients, primarily through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients via scripted calls using a customer relationship management system
  • Schedule meetings and assess leads by effectively communicating over the phone
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing contacts
  • Update and manage client information within the CRM database
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Send follow-up emails to clients using pre-designed templates
  • Record all client interactions within the CRM system
Scope of Work:
  • Primary focus on outbound calls and meeting arrangements
  • Limited posting on social media (1-2 times per week)
  • No handling of incoming calls required
  • All work will be performed through the client's CRM and systems
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Experience in real estate sales and appointment setting
  • Ability to address objections and evaluate leads
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Experience with social media posting and scheduling (pre-made content)
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work independently and adhere to established processes
