Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated customer support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a pressurised environment with varying deadlines and priorities, and possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues or external teams as necessary, working collaboratively to resolve problems.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in all areas of the business, including products, systems, and processes.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and implement solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
