Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive marketing assistant to manage influencer relationships for our agency.

This part-time remote role is ideal for individuals with 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure engagement.
  • Track communications, deliverables, and campaign progress for various clients.
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and the agency team.
  • Support influencer marketing operations, including organizing outreach lists and reporting.
  • Provide general marketing support as needed for client influencer programs.
Key Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident on email and comfortable with short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously and follow through consistently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Familiarity with Tools
  • Email (Gmail and Outlook).
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Comfortable with communication tools (Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp).
  • CMS or influencer tracking platform experience a plus.
