Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives, brand goals, and measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies for influencer marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Source and engage influencers who resonate with our brand and target audience.
  • Built partnerships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
