We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who would thrive in a dynamic fintech environment. This role is responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives across paid acquisition channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, as well as a passion for marketing and commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing ads purchasing of our app through Facebook / Google / Tik Tok and other paid channels
  • Analyzing targeted users, optimizing ads content, improving overall ROI, etc.
  • Developing ads content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for overseas users
  • Closely working with designers to develop ads content plans
  • Communicating closely with marketing teams to contribute towards formulating and executing proper digital growth strategies
  • Keeping track on latest industry trends, keeping a close eye on competitors
  • Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network and influencer driven growth among the south east asian diaspora, in the UK, USA, Europe and Canada
  • Developing and managing a B2B partnership network to drive online growth
  • Managing Public Relations for LemFi to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders e.g. Publications, Media Channels, Celebrities and PR Agencies
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams within the company to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Engaging in cross-functional responsibilities and assisting the team where needed.

Requirements include:

  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of ads content development, testing, and optimization
  • In-depth understanding of Facebook / Google / Tik Tok / Youtube and other paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in a performance marketing role for international platforms such as google, facebook and tik tok
  • Excellent speaking, writing and people management skills;
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is a plus.
