The Marketing Associate will provide comprehensive support to the marketing department by assisting in campaign execution, content development, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing KOL and influencer partnerships, handling customer service requirements, and coordinating social media activities to strengthen the company's brand presence. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee KOL and influencer marketing activities, including communication, scheduling, and execution of campaigns.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive client relations.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing, social media management, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools is an advantage.
