About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with a strong background in multi-platform advertising, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn, and has a keen eye for creative design and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Build and manage service-based sales funnels using Go HighLevel, integrating paid ads with automation, CRM systems, and conversion tracking

  • Design and collaborate on high-converting ad creatives, including static and video formats

  • Develop and optimize landing pages to support campaign goals and maximize conversion rates

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to improve ROI

  • Work closely with the team to align marketing strategies with business objectives

  • Communicate campaign insights, results, and recommendations clearly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy and Go HighLevel platform (including automation and CRM integration)

  • Experience in creating media assets for ad creatives (graphics, video, copy)

  • Proficient in landing page design and conversion optimization techniques

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • A proactive team player with a passion for growth and performance marketing
