You will collaborate closely with recruiters to gain insight into role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters to develop targeted sourcing strategies across various platforms.
- Engage proactively with passive candidates to build relationships and drive results.
- Stay informed about engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to refine your approach continuously.
- Proven experience in technical sourcing or recruiting (2+ years).
- Strong track record with Boolean search and familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities.
- Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.
