Job Title: Customer Support Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Liaison. This role involves working closely with our Customer Relations Officer to ensure seamless execution of construction updates, timely unit turnovers, and efficient community-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of construction updates and unit preparations for client inspections during turnover.
  • Consolidate reports as needed to ensure accurate tracking of project progress.
  • Prepare necessary documents, welcome banners, TO kits, unit keys, and refreshments for client events.
  • Attend to manning assignments at our BGC office on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree graduate with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  2. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
