Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager I to lead our remote team in delivering exceptional service to guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of guest experience specialists, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and driving improvements to guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 3-10 guest experience specialists to ensure seamless service delivery during each shift.
  • Work weekends and weekdays to provide comprehensive support.
  • Achieve OKRs in productivity, efficiency, and quality through effective team management.
  • Oversee guest communications and personalized service via multiple channels.
  • Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage reservations calendar/booking platforms and contribute to trust and safety initiatives.
  • Ensure policy adherence and new technology implementation.
  • Schedule team shifts for 24/7 coverage based on issue volume and specialist availability.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the service industry.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in customer service or call center settings.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills with ability to lead by example.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create SOPs and implement process improvements.
  • Independent in handling routine workflows with attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering results.
  • Proactive and decisive when necessary.
  • Able to foster a positive team environment.
  • Calm and composed when handling guest issues.
  • Able to learn new systems and platforms quickly.
