Front Desk Representative Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing courteous and friendly service to all guests, particularly in the hotel lobby, VIP area, and reception desk.
  • Anticipating traffic flow and obtaining specific instructions from superiors regarding scheduled arrivals and departures, as well as functions and events.
  • Providing directions and information to arriving guests, including directions to amenities, functions/events, and scheduled attractions.
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Coordinating with the Concierge team to assist guests with luggage or transportation requirements.
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Preferably, candidates should have experience in modeling/ushering.
  • At least a college-level education.
  • Knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasing and charming personality.
  • Good command of the English language; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
  • A minimum height requirement of 5'8''
