Key Responsibilities
  • Verify customer and business identities through KYC and KYB processes.
  • Monitor transactions for potential illegal activities.
  • Collaborate with partner banks to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Report Suspicious Activities (SARs) to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Additionally, you'll need to adhere to internal procedures and meet performance metrics, focusing on processing time and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of global AML/CTF practices.
  • Experience with transaction monitoring and EDD processes.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
  • Solid understanding of financial services and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in KYB processes.
  • Experience in FinTech or startup environments is beneficial.
