Lead Generation Expert

This role involves supporting senior executives and collaborating with business development teams to expand outreach across key industries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify prospect lists across core services.
  • Engage with high-level stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Build personalized outreach campaigns and nurture relationships to move leads through the pipeline.
Collaboration and Executive Support
  • Support senior executives with meeting preparation and background research on key contacts.
  • Work closely with business development teams to align lead generation strategies.
  • Assist in creating introductory materials and follow-up correspondence.
Estimating Team Support
  • Transfer qualified leads to estimating teams with project background information.
  • Gather scope details directly from contacts to help estimators develop informed proposals.
  • Maintain a consistent feedback loop between leads and estimators.
Market Intelligence and CRM Management
  • Monitor trends across target industries and identify emerging markets.
  • Maintain clean CRM data and track lead progress.
  • Develop reports to track lead performance and conversion metrics.
Strategy and Optimization
  • Contribute insights on client objections and response trends.
  • Test and iterate outreach sequences for better engagement.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase lead quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development.
  • Strong background in conducting targeted research and building prospect pipelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms.
