Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze market trends and buying behavior for our target audience.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and events.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing materials, to engage our target audience.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimize ROI.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the progress of each lead and performance versus targets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, especially for B2B audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • A client-oriented mindset and a consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  • Fluency in Business English.
