Workday Benefits Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the configuration and implementation of HCM/Benefits Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and prototype Workday solutions, and assist in testing.
  • Mentor new consultants and share expertise and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex tasks and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
