Our organization delivers innovative solutions that drive value for clients. Our team of experts has years of experience in Workday's deployment life cycle, allowing us to design and implement efficient integration strategies.

We're seeking a seasoned expert in Workday Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our deployment team, you'll be responsible for providing strategic support for client technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions. You'll foster the development of other consultants by sharing your expertise and work closely with our data conversion team to ensure seamless legacy data integration into Workday.

Key Expectations
  • Provide expert knowledge in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep experience in U.S. Benefits
  • Lead tasks such as gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients
  • Collaborate with our integration consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate on team-based projects
  • Work with team members to address complex tasks and requirements
  • Foster clients' adoption of Workday best practices
  • Maintain ongoing client satisfaction, ensuring we are referenceable
  • Provide regular project status reports
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently
  • Maintain Workday certifications
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation
  • Demonstrate computational thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous education among colleagues, mentees, and managers
  • Provide insightful project status reports highlighting risks and improvements
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: HCM/Benefits
  • Prioritization of customer service
  • Able to manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent communication and business analysis skills
  • Ability to learn technology quickly
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Benefits projects simultaneously
