Join our dedicated team of experienced Workday professionals and be part of our dynamic, fast-paced HR transformation consulting practice.

The Global Delivery Center (GDC) provides support for Implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across various regions. We deliver Workday solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring timely delivery following our company's methodology. ResponsibilitiesExecute day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for various client contracts, including ad-hoc support and implementations.

Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices. Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and propose solutions to complex problems. Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches for post-production clients.Become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionalities and future product directions.

Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge to grow our practice. Skills & RequirementsBachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction.

Active HCM Workday Certification is required. Workday Functional Supplemental Certification (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.) is an advantage. Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and reporting tools. Additional NotesThis position is based in Manila with remote work options. GDC supports regions in APAC, EMEA, and NA; shifts may vary.
