Workday Benefits Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Benefits Consultant to provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep knowledge and experience in U.S. Benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of configuring and implementing a combination of HCM/Benefits Solutions, as well as a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Support: Deliver innovative ideas and effective solutions for client's Workday technology.
  • Consultant Development: Share expertise to foster the development of other Consultants.
  • Deployment Team Leadership: Lead teams or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.

You will also be responsible for working with data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday, assisting the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions, mentoring new consultants, and maintaining client satisfaction.
