We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our clients in the fast-paced roofing industry.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in performing administrative tasks specific to the construction and roofing sectors.
Job Description- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails related to roofing services.
- Maintain, organize, and store company records and project documentation.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist in managing project timelines.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation as well as supporting sales and operations teams with data entry and report generation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage office supplies and inventories and ensure a well-organized virtual workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in office management or business management.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the construction or roofing industry is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts within US operating hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Gain hands-on experience in the construction and roofing industries.
- Develop strong administrative and organizational skills.
