About this role
This is a high-trust, high-impact Personal Executive Assistant position that requires an independent problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and juggle priorities with a calm, confident, and proactive approach.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in fast-moving environments, tech-savvy (especially with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, and Google/Microsoft Suites), and eager to become a reliable, long-term extension of the client's team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Track and drive completion of key tasks and projects
- Prepare briefings, updates, and summaries
- Conduct vendor/product/travel research
- Handle expense reports and budget tracking
- Coordinate household vendors and service providers
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Strong numeracy, research, and summarization skills
- Flexible with time zones
