About this role

This is a high-trust, high-impact Personal Executive Assistant position that requires an independent problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and juggle priorities with a calm, confident, and proactive approach.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in fast-moving environments, tech-savvy (especially with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, and Google/Microsoft Suites), and eager to become a reliable, long-term extension of the client's team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
  • Track and drive completion of key tasks and projects
  • Prepare briefings, updates, and summaries
  • Conduct vendor/product/travel research
  • Handle expense reports and budget tracking
  • Coordinate household vendors and service providers
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • Strong numeracy, research, and summarization skills
  • Flexible with time zones
