Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Strategist to spearhead our development and implementation of a cutting-edge GitOps strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily agile devops practices within the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Represent the team's interests to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Drive internal projects, focusing on process improvements and implementing structured engineering and operations processes.
  • Mentor engineers, enhancing their skills and expertise in software delivery using infrastructure as code.
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators for team health, making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality managed services worldwide.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a track record of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Possess proven experience in software delivery using infrastructure as code and managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings.
  • Understand testing methodologies and maintainable code quality, ensuring robust systems.
  • Show technical aptitude for complex distributed systems and experience with cloud topologies and technologies.
  • Able to travel occasionally for company events and meetings.
  • Hold an exceptional academic record from high school and university.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with Ubuntu system administration and agile software development methodologies.
  • Background in managing distributed teams and leading collaborative efforts.
