
Disaster Relief Support Specialist

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to work as agents in response to disaster relief efforts.
The hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis via email and text message.
About the Role- Assist customers with service inquiries and improve their experience by providing exceptional solutions to simple requests.
- Learn common requests and solutions while utilizing the latest customer service techniques and account management systems.
- Improve the customer's experience during a difficult time by being confident, fully engaged, and dedicated.
This role requires strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers.
- Strong team orientation and customer focus.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevail.
