We are seeking an expert in IT infrastructure to join our team. The role involves providing technical support for software and hardware engineering groups.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting internal customers with development tools, troubleshooting IT incidents, and collaborating with core IT teams on infrastructure improvement projects.

They should have a strong understanding of automation, performance benchmarking, and monitoring key systems and services.

The position requires self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work without direct supervision.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, skilled in effective task prioritization, and always ahead of others.

A bachelor's degree related to information technology and 3+ years of related experience are required.

Candidates should also have experience with Python, Groovy, Perl, Bash, and PowerShell, as well as working knowledge of GitHub, Jira, PostgreSQL, and Windows administration.

Strong customer service skills and previous HelpDesk experience are essential.

Nice to have qualifications include experience with CloudBees CD/RO, proficiency in various Source Control Management systems, expertise in Kubernetes deployment and compute virtualization technologies, familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud computing, and knowledge of FlexLM License management.
