Job Title: IT Technical Staff

  • Providing exceptional support to colleagues with their IT-related issues and concerns.
  • Collaborating with the network administration team to ensure efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to educate coworkers on network security best practices and computer usage guidelines.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network, ensuring it remains stable and efficient.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNS, CISSP, or MCSE are a significant plus.
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Personable and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A background in the Security Solutions Industry is a significant advantage.
