About the Role

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our client experience, building genuine engagement and laying the foundation for a trusting, lasting relationship. You'll guide clients from their first call to a formal consultation with our legal experts, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent our organization with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
  • Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a smooth transition from start to finish.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven sales experience in a call center environment, exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, and a reliable laptop or PC, high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place.
