Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service via live chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support delivery
  • Apply analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
  • B2 level upper intermediate English language proficiency
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support roles
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in crypto or a related field is highly desirable
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Zendesk platforms
