Are you looking for a challenging role that requires strong relationship-building skills? This Account Relationship Lead position is perfect for you. As an Account Relationship Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead direct video interactions with international clients and build lasting relationships with them. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants who work with these clients.

This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to understand business needs and find solutions to client problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead direct video interactions with international clients
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants
  • Bridge the gap between clients and virtual assistants to ensure seamless partnerships
Requirements
  • Proven EA/VA Experience - Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
  • Client Management Experience - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners or executives
  • Leadership/Supervisory Experience - Any experience managing, training, or coordinating with other people (including BPO team lead roles)
  • Excellent English Communication - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions
