Bilingual Executive Assistant Role

This role requires a highly organized and bilingual executive assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO.

Key responsibilities include calendar management, email organization, document digitization, and communication with internal staff and external clients.

  • Administrative Support & Calendar Management:
    • Organize and manage the CEO's calendar and emails.
    • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting bookings.
  • Document Digitization & Management:
    • Digitize hard-copy documents and set up a document management system using SharePoint.
    • Maintain digital filing systems for quick access to information.
  • Communication & Representation:
    • Serve as a professional point of contact for both internal staff and external clients or contractors.
    • Make and receive phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
    • Draft and respond to correspondence in English and French.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, fluency in English and French, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

They should also be comfortable handling phone communications, have a quiet dedicated workspace at home, and be able to represent the CEO with integrity.
