This role requires strong communication and customer relationship skills, as well as knowledge and comprehension of hardware systems.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechatronics or other related fields is required.

Minimum 1 year of technical experience is also mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and critical thinking skills, excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work on flexible schedules, including night shifts, is also required.
