Senior Civil Drafter Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Civil Drafter to join our team. This role will involve preparing detailed civil infrastructure drawings for roads, drainage, earthworks, and utilities using Autodesk Civil 3D and 12D Model.

The successful candidate will have experience in projects across urban renewal / development and municipal infrastructure (earthworks, storm water, sewer, water, pavements, and road design, among others).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate 3D models, surfaces, and corridor designs to support engineering concepts and construction planning.
  • Interpret design briefs, sketches, and survey data to produce clear and accurate technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and surveyors to ensure coordinated and efficient design outcomes.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience as a civil drafter within Engineering Consultancies in Australia (Remote).
  • Experience within built form developments (industrial, commercial, education, sports etc.) and/or land development (masterplan subdivisions, townhouse developments etc.).
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
  • Essential to have experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam & Autodesk.
