Project Coordinator Position

The position involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define project objectives, scope, and deadlines while coordinating resources for efficient execution.
  2. Develop and manage project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  3. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.
  4. Track project expenses to ensure completion within allocated funds.
  5. Identify potential risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to mitigate their impact.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Management Engineering, MIS, or Computer Science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or software engineering.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, communication, leadership, organizational skills, and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology is preferred.
