Project Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination of equipment installations, equipment ordering, and other project-related tasks.

This is a challenging role that requires effective multi-tasking, strong relationships-building skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate equipment installations and onsite commissioning, including logistics and scheduling.
  • Keep Salesforce and other relevant platforms updated with current project information.
  • Assist with purchase orders and bill approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and task execution.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-4 years' experience in project coordination.
  • Proven leadership skills and solid organizational abilities.
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Experience with software solutions like Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
