Senior Interior Design Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Interior Design Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management, design, and construction administration. They should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assess progress against established goals and objectives.
  • Manage project finances, including tracking expenses, optimizing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and contractual agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management, design, and construction administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design required.
  • Architectural licensure or post-professional certification in Interior Design required.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
