We are seeking an ambitious Business Growth Specialist to promote our financial solutions and services for traders in Southeast Asia.
Main Objectives- Develop and market our services to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Represent us in front of an audience, showcasing excellent communication skills through video appearances.
- Establish a strong personal brand on social media by creating engaging self-promotional content and videos.
- Collaborate with influencers and community groups to arrange promotional posts and banner advertisements.
- Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance using company-provided training formats.
- Conduct livestream sessions in partnered groups or on personal platforms, converting marketing-generated leads into paying customers using HubSpot CRM and email marketing.
- Be outgoing and possess exceptional communication skills.
- Feel comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams/webinars.
- Work remotely from home, demonstrating strong time management and professionalism.
- Have prior sales experience in any industry and be able to handle pressure.
- Be proficient with computers and software tools, with conversational English for internal communication.
- Prior experience in the finance field (Forex, crypto, etc.) is a priority.
- A strong background in building a personal brand is essential, including creating compelling self-promotional content and videos.
