As a key player in the customer service sector, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Customer Service Associate role.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders regarding title-related inquiries.
  • They must possess strong analytical skills to review, interpret, and explain title commitments, reports, and related documents in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effective coordination with title officers, escrow officers, and attorneys is essential to resolve title issues and ensure timely closings.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, title updates, and transaction progress in CRM or transaction management systems is crucial.
  • The selected candidate will provide regular updates to clients on the status of their files, proactively addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required, although an associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or title insurance, is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, are vital.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of title documentation and procedures, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
