Our company is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account. Additionally, you will need to have a reliable internet connection and proficiency in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
Responsibilities include attending inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients, providing solutions to their queries and concerns. You will also collect customer testimonials and handle reviews.
- Attend client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Offer exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Redirect customers to relevant departments when necessary.
- Find and implement effective solutions for each customer.
- Collect customer feedback and manage online reviews.
