Enterprise Account Specialist Opportunity

This role involves supporting our largest client by managing daily communications, responding to requests and needs, and partnering with the Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet performance objectives.

About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is highly organized and committed to delivering exceptional client experience while providing strong support and partnership to our internal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily client communications, respond to requests and needs in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the Client Success Manager to develop and execute account strategy and meet performance objectives.
  • Monitor account data and performance, communicate regularly with the client regarding account health and create reports that highlight key performance indicators.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on client standards and guidelines, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions and track updates.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment (laptop with camera and audio).
  • 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
