About the Role

This senior leadership position will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. As Director of Operations Excellence, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operations strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead teams to design, develop, and deploy process improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of operations and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
