Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description:

  Responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks. Manages multiple areas, including short- to long-term planning, joint ventures, business development, internal communications, and budgeting.

  Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, sets priorities for the team, and ensures task completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in any field

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  Proven success at managing change, strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.

  Problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and project management skills.

  Sales/After Sales/Retention experience or background required.

  No performance or disciplinary issues in the past 12 months.
