We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our refrigeration systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Regularly inspect refrigeration systems to identify potential issues and report any malfunctions or performance concerns to the relevant teams
    • Generate detailed reports on system performance, maintenance schedules and incidents to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance, repairs and inspections to ensure seamless operations
    • Coordinate schedules for routine maintenance and emergency repairs with technicians and vendors to minimize downtime
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between refrigeration technicians, facility managers and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
    • Communicate system alerts or malfunctions promptly to relevant teams to prevent delays or disruptions
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all refrigeration logs, compliance records and safety certifications are accurately updated and filed in a timely manner
    • Support audits and regulatory compliance documentation by providing necessary information and assistance
  • Inventory and Supplies Management:
    • Track and manage inventory related to refrigeration, including spare parts and refrigerant supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels
    • Order necessary materials and maintain an organized supply system to prevent stockouts or overstocking
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, handling correspondence and managing data entry for refrigeration-related operations
    • Assist with budgeting and cost-tracking for refrigeration maintenance and repairs to ensure efficient use of resources
