Position Summary: The Refrigeration Technician with Electrician Competency is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of both refrigeration and electrical systems in our seafood processing and storage facilities. This dual-role position requires strong technical skills in both refrigeration and electrical work, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Install new refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and components, ensuring they meet operational standards and manufacturer specifications.

Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration units and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in refrigeration systems and electrical components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, wiring, and circuit breakers.

Monitoring: Monitor and adjust refrigeration and electrical systems to ensure temperature control, energy efficiency, and compliance with electrical codes.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues in refrigeration and electrical systems using diagnostic tools and techniques.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and installations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Respond to and resolve any safety concerns promptly.

Training: Assist in training other staff on the proper use and maintenance of refrigeration and electrical equipment.

Emergency Response: Be available for on-call emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in refrigeration technology and electrical work is preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a refrigeration technician with significant experience in electrical work, preferably in a food processing environment.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems and components.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment for both refrigeration and electrical troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

Willing to work in Parañaque City

Willing to do shifting schedule

Monday to Saturday working schedule

Working Conditions:

Work in various environments, including cold storage areas and potentially hazardous electrical environments.

Exposure to loud noises, machinery, and electrical hazards.

Occasional requirement to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, for emergency repairs.
