
Operations Coordinator

As a highly skilled Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, coordinating internal and external meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack is also essential.
You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile projects, partners, and industry events while working at the centre of a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inboxes with smart triage and clear communication.
- Own calendar scheduling and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Book travel and accommodation with foresight and efficiency.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure follow-through on action points.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Specialist, Chief of Staff, or Executive Assistant at mid–senior level.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack).
- Excellent reporting and presentation-building skills.
This role offers both challenge and reward, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the success of our organisation.
Work Setup: Fully Remote; Offered as either part-time or full-time.
8am – 4pm PHT (earlier start is a bonus, but not a must).
