As a key member of the refrigeration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cold storage facilities. This includes managing administrative tasks, monitoring system performance, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Regularly inspect refrigeration systems to identify potential issues and initiate corrective action
    • Collaborate with technicians and vendors to resolve performance-related problems
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain detailed logs of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
    • Coordinate schedules for routine maintenance and emergency repairs with cross-functional teams
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as liaison between refrigeration technicians, facility managers, and external partners
    • Promptly notify relevant teams of system alerts or malfunctions
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all refrigeration documents, compliance records, and safety certifications are up-to-date and accurately filed
    • Assist with audits and regulatory documentation
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory related to refrigeration, including spare parts and refrigerant supplies
    • Order necessary materials and maintain an organized supply chain
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Respond to inquiries, handle correspondence, and perform data entry for refrigeration operations
    • Support budgeting and cost-tracking for refrigeration maintenance and repairs
