Enterprise Technology Solution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the sales process, working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and guidance.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and propose customized technical solutions that meet client-specific requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and integrating new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers to ensure continuity and success in the customer's subsequent adoption, usage, and future expansion. You will also join our Technical Account Management Program and serve as a dedicated technical point of contact for our large enterprise customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Business Acumen: Ability to understand prospects/customers business objectives and priorities by acting as a trusted advisor to help shape their use case and propose the best solution architecture.
- Cloud Experience: Minimum 3+ years of technical experience within multiple technology companies selling into enterprise accounts, with cloud experience in one of the following cloud providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of web protocols and security, as well as experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to analyze and solve problems independently and within cross-functional teams, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
