About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our enterprise applications product roadmap and collaborating with business partners and internal/external technology teams.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work on system implementation projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue identification and resolution. You will apply your technical and functional knowledge to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, and coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners and internal/external technology teams to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partner with business, internal, and external technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
  • Provide technical solutions to business problems related to Finance Enterprise applications.

Solutions Design, Delivery & Support

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Investigate Finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop project milestones and timelines.
  • Participate in scheduled system upgrades and testing.
  • Support delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Lead data management and migration activities.
  • Ensure training and timely communications.
